At the Gonzalez Center for Justice, our lawyers like to make sure clients know about all major developments in their cases. 

To see the progression of your misdemeanor case:

1. Go to the Fort Bend County Public Records Search website
2. Type your Cause Number or Name in the corresponding box
3. Press Search
4. Click on your case
5. You will be directed to a split screen that shows the activity of your case on the left hand side and an image of the selected content on the right hand side of the screen
6. Click on the information at the left hand side to view image on right hand side

To see the progression of your felony case:

1. Go to the Fort Bend County Criminal Case Search website
2. Click on the “District Clerk Criminal Records” button
3. Read the disclaimer and click Accept
4. TO SEARCH BY CAUSE NUMBER:
   1. Enter the case number in the box
   2. Click Defendant case info
   3. Click your case
   4. You will be directed to a page with the basic case information.  To see future court dates, hit Docket Settings on the left hand column
5. TO SEARCH BY NAME:
   1. Enter the Defendant’s name
   2. Click Defendant case info
   3. Click your case
   4. You will be directed to a page with the basic case information.  To see future court dates, hit Docket Settings on the left hand column
